By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions, and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Teddy Bear Australia may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Prices are subject to change.
The prices displayed on our website may differ from prices that are available in stores or in catalogs, and our pricing may differ from store to store. All prices quoted on this website does not include Australian GST (where applicable).
The time to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping time might take between 2-21 business days depending on other conditions of the business. If you need urgent delivery or local pick up, please contact us in advance.
Buyers outside Australia are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We do not accept order cancellations.
If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, Teddy Bear Australia will place that product on backorder and supply it when stock becomes available, unless you notify us that you wish to cancel the order which you may do any time before the product is shipped. Teddy Bear Australia will advise you of the delay.
LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS
Payments for pickups do not differ from any other part of the business. Payment must be received before an order is released for processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment on pick up.
NOTE: It is not a physical shop, we do not have a showroom to show you the stock. Before coming for local pick up, you have to place an order online and then call us to make an arrangement, Local pickups only available by the agreement at a certain time in advance.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & SAFE USE
Stuffed teddy bear toys may look harmless but their parts such as eyes, nose, hair, buttons, and jewelry can pose a choking risk for children if not supervised properly. Ensure there are no small parts that can come off easily. Make sure if the zipper is always closed and no fiber is coming out. All dimensions mentioned are approximate. Color might differ slightly from the photos due to lighting.
We do not take any responsibility if any harm should come due to misuse of Teddy Bear Toy.
Supervision required for all children under 8 years of age at all times.
Use of plush toy is at your own risk.
Teddy Bear Australia team or any other parties involved in creating, producing, manufacturing, or distributing found or linked with this site shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or otherwise damages arising out of access or use of teddy bear toys.
We don't accept refunds due to change of mind unless it's faulty or damaged. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags, and clean.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (chocolate bars or chocolate boxes)
- Gift cards
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address. If the order is not correctly addresses Teddy Bear Australia bears no responsibility for delivery and is not responsible for providing any compensation if the item is not delivered .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
